The receptionist shantinell. She was so accommodating & very polite & helpful.we requested for extra pillows & blanket & she provided us. Very courteous I'm sure I would be back when my daughter has a doctor's appt at Barnes Jewish hospital

It was such a clean and welcoming hotel. The layout of the room was really nice, also. It felt more homey with the bathroom entrance closer to the bed.
